Terms of Service

Afiel (afielmp.com) is a marketplace platform that connects independent sellers ("merchants") with buyers. Afiel provides the platform — listing pages, messaging, and merchant verification — but merchants are independently responsible for the products and services they list and sell.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Merchant accounts must complete our identity verification (KYC) process, including providing a valid government ID, business registration or tax ID, and store location, before they can publish listings. We may suspend or reject a merchant account that fails verification or provides false information.

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited goods;
• Impersonate another person or business, or submit false verification documents;
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or scam another user;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the platform's security;
• Scrape, resell, or misuse data obtained from the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our reasonable discretion.

Purchases are transactions between a buyer and a merchant. Afiel is not a party to that sale and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Disputes about an order should first be raised with the merchant through in-app messaging.

You keep ownership of content you upload (listings, images, messages), but you grant Afiel a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the marketplace. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afiel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from transactions between buyers and sellers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
